For those of you that have not done it before, it can be very energetic, and if you have 'grown' a bit, then you may be fitted with a larger harness - as I have been! If you have older chidren, it is a great afternoon or mornings activity. As James says in his letter, book your accomodation asap, and leave plenty of travelling time - it gets very busy in the lakes in the summer.
